Sarah Watts-Smith has been Chief Operating Officer at Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli since 2015, leading teams across finance, retail, books, property and commercial income. With a background in Work Health & Safety and HR, she is known for building practical systems, strong teams and workplaces that are safe, accountable and sustainable. Her role is to ensure the organisation has the structure, income and operational strength needed to support Lifeline’s mission of delivering essential crisis support services to the community.
