Guidelines on what we accept

Your donations help fund your local crisis support and suicide prevention services.

We love receiving high-quality donations! Whether you’ve got a few books to donate or a big bag of clothing, we’re grateful for donations of any size.

Unfortunately, about half the goods we receive as donations are not in saleable condition and have to be disposed of. This costs us time and money. Please ensure your items are in excellent condition before you donate. We can’t accept donations that are stained or soiled, damaged, or missing parts.

Donate to our shops

Donations of saleable goods are gratefully accepted in our stores during trading hours.

We also offer on-site assistance with deceased estates or downsizing. Please speak with your local Lifeline Shop Store Manager for more information.
