Workplace training

Employee health, wellbeing and resilience are essential to achieve the best outcomes for your organization through a mentally and emotionally robust workforce.

Employee health, wellbeing and resilience are essential to achieve the best outcomes for your organisation. This can be optimised by the provision of a safe, supportive and respectful work environment. As part of an integrated approach to wellness, equipping leaders and their teams with skills to support the mental health of others can have a significant business impact.

Lifeline Northern Beaches offers a variety of training to suit the needs of businesses throughout our local area. Each course is designed to increase knowledge around mental health and crisis support as well as empower attendees to feel confident that they know how to help. Our trainers have backgrounds in mental health support and are experienced in facilitating quality learning for business leaders and their teams.
