Since 1968, Lifeline Northern Beaches has been serving our community from North Sydney to Mosman and across the Northern Beaches to prevent suicide and offer local support to people in crisis.
Based in Balgowlah, we’re one of 42 Lifeline Centres around Australia who provide 24/7 voice and digital crisis support services as part of the national Lifeline network. Thanks to the work of our more than 200 Crisis Supporters, Lifeline Northern Beaches answers more than 55,000 calls to 13 11 14 every year.
Lifeline Northern Beaches also provides local services that are free or very low-cost so that anyone can access support when they need it.
